Bring family and friends to the Agricultural History Farm Park on Saturday, May 14th from 10am- 4pm for a fun, educational, outdoor event. Learn how to grow affordable, healthy food in your home, community, and school gardens so you can share with us! Entry to the Grow it Eat It Spring Event is free with activities for all ages but pre-registration and a materials fee is required for some classes and workshops.

Adult programs include: Soil Testing for Your Veggie Garden, Permaculture Design, Monarch Butterfly Garden, and an Edible Mushroom Workshop. Children’s Programs include: Discover Nature (Grades K-1), Discover Bugs (Grades 2 & 3), Discover Flowers (Grades 4 & 5), Discover Gardening (Grades 2-5), Discover Trees (Grades 4-8), and Discover Local Food (Grades 9-12). In addition, the event will host scouts working on their Gardening Merit Badges.
